writes:Ive been speaking to a boy the last few days and we both liked eachother, we was texting and talking on facebook etc. anyway, i didnt want to send a picture of myself to him so he got annoyed with me and we had an arguement, we settled it and then he told me to 'forget everything' and try everything again in 2012. but he's starting to talk to other girls.. what do i do? how can i tell him how i feel, because i do like him! and i dont want him to slip through my fingers like the past few boys, thanks :) x

A few days is a bit soon too. This just sounds like some creep trying to get a picture from you, he will be talking to other girls whether you send him one or not.This is probably just a game he likes to play.

A picture is more important to him than you and your feelings, that says it all really.He's not interested in a relationship from the sounds of it, he's only looking for girls willing to do more sexual things (starting with pics of themselves that he can enjoy himself over).You had a lucky escape, even if you had given him pics etc he'll eventually go onto another girl. He's clearly very immature. So yeah forget everything and don't try again with him in 2012.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 December 2011): hmmmmm it sounds like you should forget about him, did you know him in real life or just from online? If the latter you should definitely just move on. If not maybe in a few days call/ text him explaining that you like him and that not sending a photo of yourself to him shouldn't change your relationship at all.
