Has this always been a problem for you? There are things you can do to help control how quickly you cum, such as knowing when to "stop" before you reach the point of no return. You need to develop this control, know from the way you are feeling when you are going reach orgasm. If, at first, you stop, and leave it a minute, then continue, you will prolong how much longer you can do. The more you do this, the better control you will have so you don't have to completely stop but just slow down if you don't want to climax.
Medicine doesn't really have much to offer you. I've been trained to deal with this condition using hypnotherapy as the problem is almost certainly psychological and so I would suggest that would be worth trying. You would probably benefit signfigantly by seeing a properly qualified hypnotherapist for 1 or 2 hours.

Get yourself to a doctor for a medical examination. If it turns out there's nothing medically wrong with you, there's a good chance it could be psychological. Talk to a counselling psychologist about your problem. He or she will be able to help you overcome this problem, as long as it isn't medical.

Possibly try thinking about things that aren't huge turn ons... I.E. baseball, or some sport...something that wont arouse you but also wont make you go limp like your parents having sex (ick!) Also try another position, one that doesnt feel quite as good. HOpe it helps
