After I had stopped I turned to talk to him and I caught him looking me up and down like a once over and then he moved nearer to talk to me (which is fair enough because he's my partner's mate). What I want to know is what was the look. I had just bought a new outfit which I was wearing that day - something different for me and I couldn't tell if he though 'wow you look great' or 'what the hell is she wearing'.I know blokes have probably looked me up and down before but never that obvious. I wouldn't say it was a slow look but I certainly caught him looking.Sorry its a silly question but I would like to know. Reply to this Question Share |

Maybe it was all innocent and the look was just because of the new look you had and was just admiring it like you said it was something different to your normal look therefore someone that normally knows you how you normally look would be intriged at the new look.

He didn't seem awkward he just chatted about his night out with my partner the previous week (after looking at me) and then moved from one side of the hallway to stand near me to carry on chatting. He certainly didn't seem to flinch looking at me but there was just a normal expression on his face.

Well he moved closer to you so he was trying to narrow the physical gap and I dont think he would do that if it was a 'wha the hell is she wearing' look, hed probably flinch momentarily. Did he seem awkward?? Was he flirty?? If somebody changes there look then people notice things they didnt before because the change draws attention to them.
