Hello my sweet,
He may not like you for telling an adult right NOW, but when he is older he will appreciate your heart. What he is doing is a very addictive and harmful thing and it would be best to tell an adult. You will be doing the right thing!! You are a very good cousin, my sweet...

I was in the same situation about 2 years ago with some cousins I don't see often like you, they were only 13 and 15 and I caught them smoking like you caught your cousins. When I told my mother, she talked to there mother, and they both got help, and I'm pretty sure they don't smoke anymore. Odds are the same thing will happen with your cousins, and like the first answer said who cares if there mad you hardly ever see them, so who cares if there mad? You are better than that and a person like you does not have to be around children like that! Good luck sweetie =]
