Maybe you should reconsider not getting back together with this guy, unless of course, you're this is all about getting an image booster at school.

He seems a bit confused to me. You could give him another chance, and find out why he split up with you the first time, or you could tell him he had his chance and that you want someone who is 100% up for being your boyfriend.
