If you can't even speak to each other face to face without having a screaming argument then why are you trying to get back together?
I guess you're going to try anyway though so I'd say write it all down in a letter and take it along with you. If things become confrontational then tell him you don't want to argue, give him the letter and then leave. Contact him when he's had a chance to read the letter.
Oh and also, there's no way he can control other girls flirtatious behaviour! The best he can do is not respond but he's not in control of these other girls is he.
