The traditional answer to this problem is orgasms, plus her on top.
She should probably help you to a climax early in your lovemaking session. This will reduce your fixation on your own orgasm, and make you more aware of her, her responses, and her needs. You're a bit older than most virgin guys, so it may not be as essential to do this, but I think it is probably useful advice to you.

As you recover, you bring her to orgasm. I know you said she's very wet, but it's not the same. You will be stretching some internal muscles that have never been stretched, and a good climax will make her as relaxed and open as possible.
After she has climaxed, she gets on top and guides you in. There is NO WAY you can tell how it feels to her - she is the only one who can tell the best location, angle, rate, depth, etc.

Try Missonary position or have her get on top! Sounds like she might need to relax a little maybe. Might try making it not so intense, help her relax. Are you sure your having a hard erection, if so take your time, talk whatever you know makes her laugh, makes sure she breaths deep in and out! K-Y Jelly could really make it even more easier.
