writes: I recently got back together with one of my friends that I really like and I told myself I wasn't going to screw it up with her this time but as I waited in the counselors office to my school (waiting to ask about class change) my ex, who I still kinda like, and she still hasnt gotten over me, even after a relationship after we split up, came in for the same reason... but we started talking and in boredom got into a game of 20 questions, which steadily increased to more personal questions till it felt like I just wanted her all over again... but I dont want to hurt anyone... so I'm staying with my current girlfriend... but I can't get my ex off my mind... what should I do? advice please?

reader, anonymous, writes (6 September 2007): Come on Man! Get hold of yourself! You either want to be with your ex or you don't, don't you think that you would be hurting your current girlfriend more, if she found that you had feeling for you ex? Your not being fair to either of them, sort it out! Plus, are you sure you want your ex? Plus are you sure that your not just feeling nostaligic? It happens, when we have spent a great deal of time with someone and thus feel some sense of security with them, forgetting the reason why we really broke up with them.Take it easy.
