I can't keep being his sexual sidekick when he's got a girlfriend!

Hi, i need advice pretty badly i guess. For over a year i've liked a male friend and he knows it. He has a girlfriend of nearly a year but had sex with me a few months back. I know what happened was wrong but my only excuse is that i did it because there were feeling there, on my part anyway. I feel i need to move on from him because him being with her yet still flirting with me and then sleeping with me has just made everything worse. I really want to move on, i mean that. I've tried not talking to him online, texting etc... Then i end up feeling bad because he says it hurts him because he doesn't see me enough. He asked me to come and see him, he lives about an hour away. I just can't keep doing this. I don't know what to do anymore.
