It probably is the pill but do NOT go on the depo shot. when i started taking it everything seemed fine because i didnt get my period and i was happy. over time my sex drive decreased from having sex everyday to having sex once a month, and i can no longer get wet even when i am mentally and physically in the mood. it's annoying and puts a damper on my relationship. Estrogen is good for you because it helps you get wet so you want something that has it in there. Th depo can also have many health related issues, more so than any other type of BC...i suggest the ring or no BC at all

If the type of pill you're on has estrogen then yes! Try Depo-provera shots, or other types of BC Estrogen free. Depo might reverse the problem cause it has only progestrin in it (I think) Miconor is estrogen free and it works & adds a little fluid. But it's the mini pill (less affective)

Certain formulations of the synthetic estrogen have an anti-androgen effect, which makes them good for acne control, but bad for libido, etc.
