Girl on top (she climbs on top of you and manoeuvres your penis inside her), or doggy-style (essentially, she bends over and guides you inside with her back to you) may be the easiest avenues. Both of you need to communicate and, as I've said, don't rush and don't worry.

 Your girlfriend surely knows where her own vagina is located at, why not have her guide you in the first time and then it'll get easier after that. And if she's a virgin, it may feel really tight, like you've hit a slight wall, but gently continue pushing until it goes in easier. She may feel some discomfort if it's her first time but it's only fleeting then it immediately feels better. Keep trying.
