The tip of the penis is the stimulating part and sometimes when you put the whole thing inside, you lose the friction on the tip. I would suggest trying different positions till you find one that can stimulate the end of your penis. If you don't have any or much feeling at all, I would talk with a doctor. You can also leave it a few days to a week to build up sperm counts and see if that makes any difference.
