He doesn't do anything the majority of the time to make me angry. He tries to make it work, I feel like iam pushing him away and that's the last thing I want to do. What should I do? I know exactly how you feel,Even though i know that the crap we fight about occasionlly isnt actually worth breaking up over,i always seem to want to leave or breakup. I think its cause i have never had an example in my life that shows how to make a relationship work, or I am so used to it not working out that im trying to save myself the trouble and just breaking up.
Somehow i also think im pushing him to see how far he will go before he leaves me...almost to test how much i mean to him..ag i dont know i just wish i wasnt so up and down.

Something pushes the button. You need to now what it is. As him to help you work it out. It could be anything at all:Something your family caused – do they argue a lot?CriticismTelling you what to doLooking at another girlAsking for helpMentioning familyFeeling out of controlKindness, some people can’t take kindnessYour own though processes – you may have been mad with something that you keep thinking about before he even got to your house.Have a look at a website called Moodgym and try out the exercises. Speak to your doctor if you notice it happening regularly at certain times of the month. Ask about anger management classes. Sometimes it can be caused by a few things going on at the same time. Hormones, plus stress, plus being tired etc.
