writes: I am a currently looking for part time work however its hard right now (dont know if its the recession or not) me and my boyfriend goes half on the bills in the house(my only income is my daughter child support which is 316.00). he pays the light and gas bill and I pay the trash and sewer bill..we go half on the rent. I never ask him for xtra money because when ever we do go out to shows and out to eat he complains about always having to pay and says that he is doing too much. I feel like I am a burden to him. when I do have xtra money which lately I haven't I do try to go out to eat just to show my appreciation..i help with househould supplies as well. I'm currently in school so its hard to find a job to work around my school schedule. I have 9 months left in my school program so I want to stay focused so that I can finish and obtain a stable job so that things can get better for us. he likes to spend his money on cars, rims and loud music for his cars which I'm not complaining about because its his money. I haven't been able to buy anything for my daughter with her money because I have to spend all her child support check on my half of the bills. my fiance has two dogs in the yard that tears up pretty badly (i don't like dogs at all) when I say something about the dogs tearing up my property he gets mad an say things like when I start doing anything for him then I can say something to him about things that he do..what do I do? I feel very low right now? whenever he wants to go out to the show or out to eat I say that I don't want to go because I know later he will make me feel like it was a burden..i know that I should have employment however I am seriously looking. my boyfriend doesn't work never have so he doesn't know how it is to not be able to find employment..i am embarassed to say that he does iilegal things to get his money..when I say things about him going to school to better his situation I get the same response..no one does anything for him so no one can tell him anything..i love him but am drifting

If you're in school, go to the county welfare department and see if they have a program to help single moms like yourself. Then you can look for another single mom to share an apartment with until you're working full time.
