desirewhitefire agony auntI think every girl feels that way when they first develop into a woman. I was bustier than most of my friends when I was 13, and I turned out normal. :) Don't worry, you're fine. And if any one makes fun of you, it's because they're jealous.

Dr. John agony auntNo it does not make you abnormal.

If you didn't blossom at your age you would not be you.

In other words, you blossomed at your age because it was the right time for you.

If you just look around you will find others doing the same kinds of growing up that you are that are your age.

I have no doubts that you may even find some blooming at younger ages than you.

It could just be that you will need to adjust to the new body you are growing into. Don't worry, it will happen. Doc
