Is there any chance that this man could possible produce a child? And that a condom could have been ineffective? There's no way I could ignore all the symptoms or the postive pregnancy test but I can't wrap my head around the idea of it being remotely possible.

... Hmm vasectomy, some men forget what those are.... and that they never had the proceeder.
It's not impossible, and your probably not having a "Jesus baby" so go figure it's a miracle if your pregnant ... or a miracle any way (if he lied it's not as magical though)
You might want to go to the doctor and check for sure. I did have a friend who ended up that she had cancer after a false positive pregnancy test (and the mandatory hospital pregnancy test came out positive ... but she was a lesbian and had never been with a man)
Chances are your pregnant, you don't have cancer, and you have questions to ask your man.

He probably lied to you about the vesectomy. Thats why he
used condoms. Men do not always tell the trueth especially
if it would prevent sex.

Well, a vasectomy isn't 100% effective just like most birth control, but if he was also wearing a condom...it would have to be some freak accident of the condom slipping off or having a tear and a chance of him actually ejaculating sperm. So I can see this as very strange. A pregnancy test isn't going to lie though, if it says that you're pregnant then you are pregnant. The only way that a test is inaccurate is if it doesn't detect the pregnancy hormone and says that you're NOT pregnant when you are.
So, if it's not just some freak accident that all this ocurred, you also have to take into consideration that just how some women lie about being on birth control, some men lie about those things too. They may say that they had a vasectomy or are steryl, but either they're confused for just flat out lying.

Condoms are not 100% effective, and if he's actually had a vesectomy (he wouldn't be the first man to lie about that!), it's not all that complex of a procedure, but Dr's do test patents afterward.
I'd recommend getting to a Dr. ASAP, and let them tell you.

Apparently it is possible to have a child after a vesectomy.. If it was current, there can still be sperm in the tubes.... or if there was an failure in which the doctor did not do the greatest of jobs or if the tubes recanalize... google vasectomy failure..
but perhaps you need to see a doctor and have them take a test to be sure..
