I'm not really sure what to do about it, I have not been diagnosed with it, but all the signs are pointing in the the direction! When I was younger I had to tell everything that I loved it before I could go to bed, then I had to count to four, four times or something bad would happen? Then I got older and I had to wash my hands every ten minuets, in the end they started to crack up and bleed! Now at 15, before I go to bed I have to make sure every plug in my house is off or I can't sleep at all, I also have to check my room corners for camera's I feel people are watching me and I can only eat foods in even numbers? I know it was long, thanks for taking the time to read it! I really am not sure what to do now because it's been going on for years and just gets worse and worse :/ xx Reply to this Question Share |

You have to see a psychiatrist because OCD is diagnosed and treated by doctors. Not just therapist. And you have already written a good deal of the most common symptoms. Get professional help ASAP because the sooner you treat OCD you have better chances of healing.

Unless you have a serious diagnosis of obsessive compulsive disorder, don't believe you have it.
Something you could do is make sure you have it?

You need to go talk to a therapist. This isn't the kind of thing you can just think away. They prescribe you something, like an anti-anxiety medication to help deal with the fear that comes from not having every germ gone or every electronic unplugged.
