Hi,
I would experiment outside of this girl in the gym. She obviously wants a relationship - which is the one thing you cannot provide. So you would merely be repeating the experience she had with her last lover - probably bi-curious who tested the waters and then went back to home turf.
If your husband's o.k. with it there are plenty of other opportunities available, swingers clubs and the like. You could always meet another bi-curious married lady in these places.

I cannot give you any advise at it is very delicate thing dealing with ones sexuality and sexual orientation. However, I once was questioning my own sexuality and decided to be with a woman. She and I remain friends but I definitely discovered that I was not sexually attracted to females as I was to men.
You'll find a way to complete your quest!
