She invited me to have a chat with her and another older girl who's having similar problems. I really want to go, but I don't knwo what to say. I don't want to burden them with my problems and I don't want to seem stupid and I don't know what questions to ask.Basically, I need advice on what I should say to them- I just want to be nice to them because I really appreciate them asking me and I don't want them to regret it by thinking I'm just annoying or weird. thank you x

This will be way easier than you imagine because this girl has been where you are so you have something in common. Just be yourself and if you do feel really nervous tell her you are nervous. As the saying goes you can't change that which you don't acknowledge so telling someone you are nervous gets it out in the open where it can be dealt with openly. Good luck to you this may be the break you need in dealing with your illness. Grab it with both hands.
