 Hi,
This is a hard question as there can be many reasons why men or women can't always commit to a relationship, past relationships, problems within family or friends, or just feel they are too young to "settle down". If someone really cares for someone and they feel they want to be with them over anyone else i think thats your answer really. Hope everything works out! x
