reader, anonymous, writes (10 July 2009): Honestly.. if you weren't 100% happy in your relationship with your girlfriend, you wouldn't even think about cheating or seeing another girl. You obviously don't want to hurt your girlfriend, so let her down easy... you may end up feeling that you need some time off of girls to get your head straight. If you're in a relationship that give your gf and advantage and it will be a lot easier to make a choice if you're not in a relationship.

If you are feeling that the attraction to your new interest is more powerful than what you feel for your current girlfriend then perhaps you should break it off with her and see if there is a possibility for a relationship with this new girl. It is best to be done with one before beginning with another-it is only fair to everyone. best of luck
