I am very attracted to him we talk on the phone all the time it starts out about work but always ends up about something else. He makes me laugh and when I have a problem at work he comes to help I had a door issue the other day and he said he would come over he was in the area he stopped by we talked for an hour and a half but only 5 mins about the door. Whenever we talk on the phone he refrs to me as dear and I will talk to you later dear I notice he doesn't do this with other managers when he is on the phone. I am so attracted to him I am just not sure how he feels. What do you think? Is he interested or just a nice guy?

It could just be that he's friendly.
Why not try flirting with him and see what happens. That is the usual way of attracting a man. You could also dress up a bit more that usual if he's coming round...
