It could be so many things. Pleas see your OB/GYN.
I had contractions though out my second pregnancy and was put on bed rest to avoid loosing the baby.
I can't say this strongly enough GO SEE YOUR OB/GYN as soon as possible.

you should be safe from about 12 weeks pregnant.if your concerned speak to your doctor or midwife but its normal to get pains from time to time its just your body going through some changes.im 38 weeks pregnant at the moment im getting discharge and i have a weak bladder like when i cough sneeze or whatever i wet myself i also get stabbing pains in my uterus from time to time that last a couple of seconds and have asked my midwife if it is normal and she has reassured me that it is so what you have explained seems to be normal although if your worried ask someone professional as im further along than you are good luck with your pregnancy

Had a great baby girl but would never let a Dr. Talk to me like that again.. Go see your Dr' just because your young dont let him or her talk to you like your a child its your body and your child stick up for yourself.
