He works in the same department as my uncle and recently my uncle said that N is saying stuff about me he doesn't approve of. He wouldn't tell me anything specific but I am thinking it is just what all guys talk about. Butts, boobs, ya know. I am starting to get attracted to him and when I am around him he seems really sweet and has his life on the right track but I am scared to get in a relationship with him fearing he is worse than I am thinking.

nicole90 is verified as being by the original poster of the question I haven't had any signs to not date him. He is always saying nice things about everyone and is really sweet to me but what if my uncle isn't telling me because these things are crude and would make him uncomfortable. I guess I will still hang out with this kid and try not to get emotionally attached and see if being around him more lets me get to know him better. Thanks!

 Talk to your uncle about the things he says. Make him talk! To get him to talk tell him that you are going out on a date with N. He will defitnely talk because if the guy is no good he will do what he has to do to keep you two apart.
If your uncle gives you the OK...go ahead! Be sure before you try anything. I think the saying is "Look deep before you leap."
