Sperm dies after about 20 minutes of being excreted from the body into a dry environment. If you waited 2 hours before you masturbated, I'm sure you're fine--the sperm was most likely dead by that time. For sanitary reasons, make sure you wash your hands well next time...he's a friend, but you can't be certain of what sorts of diseases he might be carrying with him.
