The age of consent to sexual activities is 16.
The age of consent is 18 years where the sexual activity involves exploitative activity, such as prostitution, pornography or where there is a relationship of trust, authority or dependency. (Think: Teacher-Student, Employer-Employee).
You're not raping her or molesting her. You're not in trouble. Relax man. Go kiss your girl.
