 Wait for the doctor to give you the all clear and not before and then take it REALLY slow and with lots of preperation and lube.You could even try with a didlo so you won't have to be afraid of a horny guy pushing to hard.Yes it might hurt, you had/have a nasty wound and it will take time to heal.
