A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I am not happy with my body image. Some people my say I'm small but in the stomach area I'm not. I wear a size 7,8,9 (depending on the brand of clothing). I also play basketball and workout (lift weights) so I have a some muscle. How do I stay determined about working on getting a six pack or not even a six pack just getting a real flat stomach? While having intercourse I keep my shirt on because of that. How do I change this? Please Heip!

excersize, but pay for a professional trainer to train you it shouldnt be more than say 25 to 35 USD for a half hour or 45 min session. make sure you stick to it it WILL be very very very hard but you must stick to it. after a while your body will crave it and it will become much easier.

Find a trainer you want to be like don't just get a hot guy or a hot girl to train with you (always train with the one you want to be like) do what ever the trainer says but start with your diet ask him/her to help you with it as it is 80% the trick then do cardio, strengthening and conditioning untill they want you to hit the weights. i did it and it really works...

But you must remember it will be one of the hardest things you will ever do so stick to it and it will be worth it in the end.

abs are made in the kitchen and the gym eat right and do cardio and you will see the abs start to appear.
