writes:I need help. I keep having sexual dreams about my teacher and i really want to tell him. It feels that everytime i see him i will explode because i want to tell him. He is so sweet and cool. He is my p.e teacher so he is in great shape. He has the nicest smile and i could listen to his voice all day long if i could. Every day and night i think about him. I think about what it would be like if we actually dated and lived the rest of our lives together. Anyway i just wanted to know how to stop these dreams and if i should tell or so anything to him like kiss him or anything like that when i leave school.

 This is VERY common for young girls to experience. You´re at the age where you have sexual feelings but guys your age can be VERY immature (notice I said CAN be). When you get to college, they will done a considerable amount of growing up. I would wait and see if you can find a man near your age with similar qualities. Who doesn´t love a guy who´s in shape?

I think there is no reason for him to know about your dreams. Leave your dreams to yourself and just have fun with it. What I mean by that is that most likely this crush is going to go away over time, but by telling him you may create a weird situation. But if you are just going to keep these dreams to yourself, you will still enjoy it and there'll be no awkwardness.
Also, the reason you are having so many dreams about this teacher is because you are just having a big crush on him. Like I said give it some time, and your feelings will cool off and your dreams will eventually stop.

people at school will think your weird and probably other girls have dreams about the PE teacher too. befor you no it, you'll b off to college and see all these cute college guys and go out with them or whatever.

but ur teacher just might not be the person you think he is.

I'm sorry but it would never work out. How to stop the dreams? You need to distract yourself, fill your mind with different thoughts, EXCEPT thoughts about him.
Please don't embarrass yourself, he'll just see it as a schoolgirl crush.
