I like her to the extent that I don't want to report to anyone else at least till she is working in the organization. She now has other managers working under her. all of us are in the same team. I feel jealous if she talks to any other manager and sulk if she does not speak to me even on a single day. My day is made when she smiles and jokes and talks to me. I think I am now infatuated with her so much. Please help me sort my feelings for her and how to handle my emotions with her.

Ok this is getting quite serious. It is starting to become an obbsession with you. Which is not healthy. You need to sit down and realise that she is a business woman and the only way she is speaking to you is because you work for her. You should not take this as a personal relationship. You are part of her work place and that is all. There will be many of days that she will not speak to you and this should be normal. If you need further help on this matter contact your local councellor or therapist as this is not healthy and will not end well.
