 It's a tough one for you. You put your age at 13-15. Do you mean that you are 13 and he is 15? Please tell me he is not a lot older than you.
I think you should talk to your mum or dad, and if they agree, then perhaps you could spend a weekend at each other's homes or a half term visit.
Sometimes parents can be more understanding than you imagine.
