My close family member just died and I asked him for a favor but he never texted me back to ask what I wanted him to do. I only want a hug from him or for him to say that he was there for me like all my friends do but am I wasting my time. He used to talk to me about my problems and now I don't think he cares. Should I worry? I asked him how come he helped and cared about his other friends but me and he didn't answer. I know that he can be sensitive and caring but why does he treat me differently. He likes when I write him notes and he use to come into homeroom and talk to me. One time he sat in my seat in homeroom and asked if we could switch. When I compliment him he doesn't say thanks but hes says sorry if he doesn't text me back for a long time. I asked him if he could ask me a question nicely and he said can you please. Nobody else gets him to say manners but me sometimes. Sometimes I feel he treats his friends who are girls better than me.

I guess he's just not that into you. Sorry but I'm afraid your expectations are unrealistic.
