Hello Guys! I am in this really tricky situation! please help me out! I have been in a long distance relationshiop for like 5 years now and i was deeply in love with my boyfriend till i met this other guy who also is in a relationship for quite some time now.. We are in the same office and i was quite aware that this guy had different feelings towards me right from the day we met... Even i was attracted to him and one fine day we kinda made out!

Now hes been sayin that he loves his girlfriend and hes not interested to take this further.. I'm really hurt coz i dont feel the same for my bf like i used to before and i cant avoid this guy either as i see him all the time.. Please advise!

A female reader, tennisstar88 United States +, writes (16 September 2010):

tennisstar88 agony auntThis is why you never ever mix business and pleasure. Don't date, hook-up with your co-workers because if things go sour it makes for one awkward situation in the lunch room. How do you kinda make out with someone?

You made out with him knowing you both are in long term relationships. He realized he made a mistake and is now semi-correcting the situation saying it was a kiss nothing more to come out of it. You need to follow suit. Either, confess to your boyfriend you made a mistake and fix your relationship. Or dump him because you no longer feel the same way for him, it's not fair to string him along. Next time, keep it professional in the workplace.
