So here's the problem. I have been having some terrible thoughts like going out killing abunch of people and then myself. I can't even really look at the guy i'm in love with . And the guy i'm with tells me im a fat bi**h but then swears he loves me. I do cut myself when he says such things and the nightmares are so horrible that i won't go in to detail. Is there anyone one out there who can help???? Reply to this Question Share |

You are not alone. A lot of people suffer from things like this. But, haming yourself or others, is not the answer. Go see a doctor, they may be able to put you on medication to calm you down. And, talking to someone may help. Oh, and dump the loser. You deserve much better. Please get help. Don't give up.
