writes:I am being emotionally blackmailed, and harrassed by my recently ex boyfriend. We work together.I broke up with him a few weeks ago because i was interested in this other guy. My boyfriend and i were only going out 4 months, and it was more a fling if anything.He states that he loves me and has become psychotic and is begging me back after i broke up with him.now that he has got light of this new guy, he is enraged. I was at his house once, and i was obviously passed out, and he's taken off my trousers and photographed me naked and sleeping, posing with my bum and boobs. I had NO IDEA he done this, whenever he must have....and yesterday after finding out about the new guy, he forwarded all these messages that i am sooooo shocked to see that he done that to me. He's threatening that if i come back to work ever again, then he's uploading all the pics and sending everyone in work the link.I've called my manager today, and they are reporting it to HR. But he's mental, and really scary.what if i go back tomorrow and he really does as he's says he will???HELP!!

Tell him that if he threatens you or carries out his threat then you will have him charged with harassment. Also if he says anything in these messages then it is libel and slander and you can sue him for lost earnings.
He is going to look like the psycho and lose his job if he does this. You are just going to look used and abused.
Having said that, 4 months is a bit more than a fling and you should have told him earlier if it was just for fun and not let him fall in love with you.
