We'd have discussions about the course which led to flirty conversation when we were left alone. At the exit meeting, she told me that we "have our thing together" and that if she wasn't working there, she'd give me her personal contact details, instead we're talking on work email only and meeting up soon to talk about another course in January where the work is mainly one to one, so we'll spend more time alone. What can I do to keep the relationship on hold until there is a time for us to move on, or will we have a future?

Well as long as you keep doing courses then you can't have a relationship with her.
Till then you'll just have keep flirting and chatting.
Once you are no longer anything to do with the college then you can swap details and get together.
Good Luck!! xx
