I am almost 15 and I think I love my best friends older brother. I have known him since elementry school and even back then I really liked him, He is a freshman like me so at first when I became friends with his little sister it was kinda awkward between him and I, even though she is only a year younger than me. He also is very popular in school, and I hang out with the normal people... I guess. I'm at their house almost everyday I practicly live there. I sorta stopped liking him in middle school because I thought for sure I had no chance with him even though deep down inside I still had a thing for him.

He always treated me like any other of my best friends other friends until a few months ago, all of the sudden he has been acting way more comfortable around me even joking around with me and just little things that he would never do when her other friends were there. His sister (my best buddy) Has even told me several times that he liked me, even to the point where she would say that "One day I bet you two will get married." And she is pretty serious. But I'm scared I'm just over thinking the things he does. I'm sorry if all this is confusing and too long. Thanks for the help. =)

Hi, your at a stage in your life, were there is a lot of confusion. I can understand you have feelings for this boy, but i don't think you should determine how he feels for you, by his actions or by his sisters words.A lot of the time, females read into things, because they want to, and later when they realise the truth they get hurt. Its normal for you to like him, but isn't it better to be direct or to see if he is dating anyone else, or try and find out about his past and what type of boy he is? In my experience, sisters always make comments like that because she likes you as your her best bud and she probably wants you two together but she is talking about her own feelings what she "thinks" rather than what her brother may feel. In life, many people come and ago, we have all been there at your stage, just make sure you dont get yourself hurt. When you do talk to him, indirectly try and ask him, or just directly tell him how you feel and see what he says, atelast that way you will get a clear answer, rather than being mislead. I hope things work out for you!

candy00s agony auntHe might think of you as another sister.

Ask him, get him on his own and tell him you think you like him see what his response to that is.

He might like you too - im sure he would let you down gently if he doesnt feel the same.

Its worth a try though.
