Keep your fantasies to your self hun, we all have them but they are not reality keep them as fantasies.....
You say this lady is kind, she may only see you as a friend don't ruin what you have by allowing your emotions to over take....
You need to look at your own marriage right now and fantasie about your wife, you have only been married for 18 months I know things can get boring but it is up to you to spice it up you loved this lady and married her don't throw it all away hun...

 No you should not just go round there and see what happens, you are a married man.
How would you feel if the tables were turned, would you be ok with your wife just going round and seeing what happens.
Is there anything wrong in your marriage?, if so then maybe you should put all of your efforts into trying to sort that out.
