writes:Well, this one is compicated. I'm in love with this girl. We've been inseperable since we were ten, and when we were maybe 15 she said she loved me too. Just recently, however, I went away for a while (not jail, overseas) and when I came back she was dating some football player bad boy idiot. She had been a virgin too, (I'm 23, she is too) and I just recently found out she let one of my best friends... you get the picture. I know she still loves me, so people. Tell me. It hurt like hell. She doesn't seem to care. Why did she do all of this?

 She slept with one of your best friends and doesn't care that her actions hurt you, but you know she loves you? Doesn't sound like it. The way she felt about you at 15 may not be the way she feels at 23, and perhaps you are more serious about her than she is about you.
