writes:ok so here we go. i tell my gf wat im doing and where im going just so she doesnt have to wonder or let her imagination go crazy thinking im doing things. my gf doesnt tell me anything i always have to ask its not so much that im tryyin to be controlling its that my job is BORING! im a security guard and sit at a desk all day so me asking gives me something to do and talk about with her but she gets really upset and it also irritates me when she says shes gonna do sumthing but doesnt do it, this happens all the time not a little.... she uses theexcuse "well i dont ask wat ur doing or tell u to tell me" but when i dont i get an attitude like iv done something wrong...iv tried talkin to her about this and even let her know that if she cant let me kno wat shes up to then y should i that its gotta b a two way thing and im not gonna be her little bit**....am i right?....cause thes stupid arguments make me not care wat shes up to and rly make me think twice about staying together which we been together a year and a half today. reader, anonymous, writes (10 October 2008): With your job, as you say, there's alot of time to do 'nothing'...so you may be contacting her more than normal, and that can get annoying, sorry to say. Maybe you're too smart for that job...are there other skills you have for a job you'd like better?

Either she has something to hide, likes privacy or just isnt used to having to tell someone where she is. stop telling her where you go, plan a guys weekend and dont mention anything about it. when she gets curious tell her thats how you feel about her life. and stop asking her what she is doing just cause you are boered. thats bogus. limit how much you pry and it wont be so invasive.
