The problem i have is that when i'm near him i get nervous. when i get nervous i laugh uncontrollably which makes me look immature because no one knows why i'm laughing and think i'm laughing at something stupid. i try to be myself and get on with my work but the nerves get to me. i know i won't see him again after i leave school so it shouldn't matter but i still hate knowing that he probably thinks i'm immature. does anyone have any ideas as to how i can control my nerves or how i act around my teacher? Thanks

Just do your best to focus on other things. It's not easy, but with some practice it should get better. As a side note, I'm guessing he realizes that's nervous behavior coming from you. If your work in his class is quality, I doubt he sees you as immature.
