Depending on how much blood, you may want to either see a doctor or just call one for actual advice.
Sometime if there's not enough lubrication, there will be enough friction to cause some bleeding and probably pain, in which case all you do is just not have sex for awhile and not jam anything dirty in there. The genitalia heals surprisingly fast. But it can definitely be sore for a bit.
However if it was more than MINIMAL spotting, I would call a doctor for advice and give them a detailed report of what you experienced. From there they should tell you what to do.

Mayve your hymen had not fully broken till then so you broke it a little more. It may be something as minor as that.
Now I am not saying don't go to the doctor(because you should) but don't start freaking out.

This might not be the answer you want to hear but I truly want to help. Please go to the doctor! The internet is great but it's not safe to rely on medical advice you get over the internet. You really must see a doctor. Hope you feel better soon.

see a doctor a.s.a.p bleeding after sex is not a good sign. periods are normally a 28 day cycle but for some it can be 30/35 day cycles but all bleeding between cycles and after sex needs to be investigated.
