Now I have two questions : I have looked and it looks like I have like a -full- hymen, so you can't really get your fingers -inside - is that why it hurts?? and would it still hurt when it is broken? Second thing is... I would like to give him oral or a hand job back but I don't know how to like start or whatever, I'm well SHY but I really do want to pleasure him so any advice there? I never did this and I feel comfortable around him, I guess but just SHY.

It's not going to hurt as much when it's broken. It hurts now because the hymen is stretching, when you have intercorse or if he puts his fingers deep inside you it usually tears and that can be painful but once it's fractured it'll take some time getting use to the feeling but no it shouldn't hurt after that. If it does you should probably go have it checked out by your family doctor or a walk in clinic.
And for your second question, just grab it. Guys love confident women. If you're shy, when you're making out, get on top of him and if you can undo his pants so you have more room to move. Once you've got your hand going you can start to kiss your way down his body until you get to his dick and then tease him into your mouth.
