writes: In November 2004, my husband fell for a woman 20 years younger and since then has been obsessed with her. He says he loves her etc and nothing between us has changed. Well it has and he can't seem to get this woman out of his mind. Fortunately she lives abroard and the only contact is by email and SMS. He now has big mood fluctuations from being reasonable to being dreadful. It is doing a lot of harm to himself. Of course the question is how to handle the situation properly. There is no contact and I think the thing is going to run it course and leave him feeling a little silly.
