YouWish agony auntNah. I wouldn't be worried yet. Stopping to pay a bill seems hardly romantic, is perfectly reasonable and so far, he seems forthright in exactly who, where, and why. He doesn't have a car or a license, so carpooling is a valid reason.

Like tennisstar says, if he's home on time, there isn't a need to worry. I don't know about you, but 5am doesn't put me in any kind of romantic mood. Hell, I barely feel like speaking then and usually am getting my brain in gear for the day's work ahead while sipping on something with caffeine in it.

What time do they start their work day? Has your husband ever given you a reason not to trust him around other women?

If he's home on time then there's no reason to worry. Now, if you're that worried about it, then let him have the car for work or drive/pick him up yourself.
