don't worry about cheating and lossing interest if he is not giving you any reason to,just enjoy each other
but if u must know,if a guy looses interest he will stop calling you,will not want to spend time with you and about cheating he may cancel appointments at the last minute without a very good reason, will answer his kols privately but most importantly, he will not want to kiss you but try inviting him to make love and see his reaction
