I'm not experienced other than kissing girls before. But, you say you've spoken about it so you know shes open to it. Perhaps when you speak to her suggest casually and playfully that you'd like something to happen between you and her when you are going out with her and her husband. See how she reacts. If she seems shy but keen and isnt taken aback, Id go for it. (I'm assuming her husband is on board with this?)
I'd suggest being playful with her, complement her and flirtatiously touch her. Be suggestive and if she doesn't recoil, lean in, kiss her and go from there. If its something she wants she'll go with it, even if she's shy.
