Now that we're at uni we spek online for hours and in recent times she's invited me out when she's planned to go to the library or bar. I feel that she likes me also from just the way she acts around me and she's accepted my offer to take her to dinner next week, just me and her. What I'd like to know is how do I break the news that I really like her and that I'd like things to progress a bit more? Do I do it once we've finished eating or casually tell her when we're out sometime? Thanks

i would say right after you guys eat and maybe celebrate with dessert.
Or maybe just casual tell her why you guys are out and see what she says
hope this really helps you out and good luck 8)
