 Just be persistant and keep talking to him. Listen to his conversations for something you both have in common, and start a convo around that! Sorta like "Hey, I overheard you talking about being into Lady Gaga" or something like that. Just be patient. You both are young (13-15) and it's an awkward time when it comes to liking boys and girls. Girls mature faster than guys, and he might not be considering liking girls yet, and if he is, he might not know what to do about it!
