How to separate emotional issues so I can be more productive

Question - (12 November 2014) 1 Answers - (Newest, 28 May 2015)
A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I have a personal major problem that I am trying to resolve but it is now affecting my daily life and is worse than the last emotional stress I've been dealing with. I don't want to ruin my chances of keeping a good job or lose any self-respect because I am NOT getting anything done at home or at work. I need direction. I have been procrastinating and ignoring my responsibilities.

I can't seem to tune out my thoughts re: the problem. Even if I had come up with a solution, the fear of the consequences that decision will incur, is making me second guess myself. Meantime, I am wasting my time off from work with endless moping, thinking and re-thinking my options. How do I tune this out? How do I start being productive again and focus on my goals while not totally ignoring my issue? I'm too emotional to get anything done.

Please help. I need a plan to make things happen. Thanks!

Dear friend !

We are human & we may have emotional problems that is nothing wrong. But , there are some certain ways to overcome from them.

I can just advise , you can do meditation or you can learn meditation & Some yoga this will be helpful to you because this is a special energy ... It will sure work & Believe me , you will never depend for your joy even to a person or any object.

If you want to learn & need more help , reply me.

But keep in mind there are beautiful ways to overcome from daily emotional problems , because I tell you with my own experience my Dear !

God Bless you.
